Return Policy
All Sales are final after 7 days.
Returns are for exchanges only, and will only be made within 7 days of purchase. In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping of the original product and shipping charges for the new product to be shipped. Please remember that the Scorzie is guaranteed for 30 days after date of purchase. All you need to do is return the Scorzie and we will ship you a new one within 1 week of receiving it.
In the event of a return, all returned product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

Shipping Time
Scorzie will process all orders between 2-5 business days of receipt. For Shipping Scorzie uses USPS for all deliveries. Please expect the reasonable and customary shipping time for Scorzie products to be delivered to your destination. Shipping Damage Claims
While the frequency of damaged packages is low, in the event that one of our products is delivered in a damaged state, Scorzie must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the package. We will make every effort to resolve the situation and get a replacement product delivered in a timely fashion. Any shipping damage claims filed beyond 48 hours from receipt of the package will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.
